feat: add visual log analyzer for system health screenshot analysis

Detects anomalies from monitoring dashboard screenshots:
- CPU, memory, disk, network, process anomaly detection
- Configurable thresholds with severity levels
- Before/after screenshot comparison
- Batch analysis mode
