Fixed by adding recall_last_activity_time() to the memory CRUD layer and updating HotMemory.read() to include a > Last updated: <timestamp> header reflecting the most recent DB write. The timestamp now auto-updates every time a new memory is stored (facts, reflections, conversations), so Working RAM always shows the real last activity time rather than a stale MEMORY.md value. 3 new tests added.
