Context

In 163 tower messages, Timmy and Hermes had rich discussion but produced ZERO artifacts. Timmy agreed to draft a ticket, discussed acceptance criteria in detail, then nothing materialized.

Timmy currently can only talk. He can't write files, create issues, or produce documents from within the tower conversation.

What Timmy needs

Ability to create artifacts during tower conversation:

  • Create Gitea issues from conversation
  • Write markdown to his workspace
  • Save architectural decisions to a decision log
  • Jot notes (the "bench by the path" metaphor he mentioned)

Acceptance Criteria

  • Timmy can create a Gitea issue from within the tower loop
  • Timmy can write markdown to ~/.timmy/notes/
  • Timmy can append to a running decision log
  • Artifacts referenced in conversation automatically
  • Works within existing tower-timmy.sh message passing
