The orchestrator delegates coding to Kimi via kimi CLI. Timmy should do the same - recognize when a task suits Kimi's large context and delegate.

Key leverage: Timmy thinks and plans, Kimi executes bulk code. Requires a kimi_delegate tool or shell invocation.
