Description

Extend the Daily Run orchestration so each candidate item is classified and gets suggested actions:

Classification types:

  • triage (clarify, label, close)
  • micro-fix (small code/doc/config change)
  • tests (add/tighten tests)
  • economy (adjust agent/token rules)
  • meta (docs, automation improvements)

For each item, generate 1–2 short suggestions, e.g.:

  • "Clarify acceptance criteria and add label size:S."
  • "Add regression test for function X."
  • "Update token rules to reward this pattern more."

When the agenda is light, optionally suggest one "stretch" task (slightly larger improvement) for Timmy to consider.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Agenda entries show classification and 1–2 suggested next actions
  • Stretch suggestions appear when there are few Daily Run items
