Build a simple report that surfaces "thin ice" areas in the code:

  • Files or modules with frequent test failures
  • Areas with recent bug-fix PRs
  • Optionally assign a simple risk score

Use this to propose a handful of small layer:2-tests issues each week, suitable for Daily Run:

  • Add regression tests for specific bug fixes
  • Add small, targeted test coverage in risky files

  • There is a view/report of flakiness and risk
