Create a small "recipe catalog" for common test improvements:

  • "Add regression test for bug X."
  • "Add property-based test around Y."
  • "Add minimal integration test for workflow Z."

Daily Run should be able to pick a recipe and bind it to a concrete file or function (e.g., based on the flakiness map or a recently impacted area).
