Create a timmy_inbox command that collates:

  • Top Daily Run items
  • PRs awaiting Timmy review
  • Notable Deep Triage items
  • Important agent alerts or failures

Group entries by source and label. Allow Timmy to snooze or mute categories via configuration (e.g., mute certain agent alerts for a while).

Acceptance Criteria

  • Timmy Inbox prints a clear, short list of "what's calling him"
  • Snoozing/muting is persisted and respected
