Description

Use the original backlog document as raw material to:

  • Review all created issues in Gitea
  • Group them into epics or milestones (e.g., "Daily Run v1," "Token Economy v1," "Dashboard v1")
  • Merge, split, or discard items based on Timmy's sense of priority and feasibility

This is explicitly a triage task to make the backlog manageable and coherent.
