When asked what he would change about his own system prompt or tools, Timmy said: 'I cannot modify my own system prompt or add tools as I am a fixed local model with no self-modification capabilities.'

This is a sovereignty gap. For Timmy to be truly autonomous, he should:

  1. Know that his config lives in config/agents.yaml and is editable
  2. Know his system prompt comes from src/timmy/prompts.py
  3. Have a supervised self-modification pathway (propose changes, human approves)
  4. Understand his own architecture well enough to suggest improvements

Related to #78 (cannot introspect own code) and #81 (shallow architecture knowledge).
