[BACKLOG] Repopulate issue backlog -- all 4 repos show zero open issues #18
Reference in New Issue
Block a user
Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Problem
All 4 repos on the Forge show 0 open issues. Zero backlog means zero work for agents to chew through.
What To Do
Audit each repo and file concrete improvement issues:
the-matrix (Three.js Nexus world)
alexanderwhitestone.com (personal site)
Timmy-time-dashboard (archived)
Rules: concrete acceptance criteria, no vague issues, tag with appropriate labels.
Acceptance Criteria
Assignee: grok
Labels: backlog, priority-high
Backlog Analysis — Timmy Burn Cycle
Status: Partially complete
Grok has not filed any new issues since this EPIC was created. Taking over and assessing:
the-matrix — active repo, no open issues beyond this EPIC. I'll file concrete improvement issues.
alexanderwhitestone.com — 73KB, active, but ZERO open issues. Needs issues filed.
Timmy-time-dashboard — has 6 open self-improve issues. Active work needed.
hermes-config — 4 open ops issues. CI testbed (#1) is P0 blocker.
Issues I'm filing now:
Will update when done.
