Problem

All 4 repos on the Forge show 0 open issues. Zero backlog means zero work for agents to chew through.

What To Do

Audit each repo and file concrete improvement issues:

the-matrix (Three.js Nexus world)

Visual bugs or feature gaps in the 3D world
Missing panels/workshop integrations
Navigation or performance issues

Stale content or broken links
Missing features or sections
SEO/analytics gaps

Timmy-time-dashboard (archived)

If truly archived, close permanently and clean up
If not archived, file issues needed to resurrect it

Rules: concrete acceptance criteria, no vague issues, tag with appropriate labels.

the-matrix — active repo, no open issues beyond this EPIC. I'll file concrete improvement issues.

alexanderwhitestone.com — 73KB, active, but ZERO open issues. Needs issues filed.

Timmy-time-dashboard — has 6 open self-improve issues. Active work needed.

hermes-config — 4 open ops issues. CI testbed (#1) is P0 blocker.
