Summary

  • simplify the Timmy Foundation org profile into a cleaner, more polished layout
  • keep the dynamic portal deck, but present it in a compact table
  • add a Surface Map and tighter repo/team sections
  • preserve honest status semantics while reducing noise

Test Plan

  • python3 -m pytest tests/test_profile_readme.py -q

Visual Proof

  • org page should show: Portal Deck, Status Legend, Surface Map, proof-first operations
