Problem

We're burning 1B+ tokens/day but can't prove the fleet is getting smarter.

Goal

Measure compounding. Show that more tokens = more intelligence.

Metrics

  • Knowledge velocity: facts harvested per 1M tokens
  • Hit rate: how often bootstrap knowledge is referenced
  • Error reduction: same errors happening less over time?
  • Task completion rate: more work per token over time?
  • First-try success: less backtracking = smarter agents

Sub-Issues

  • Metrics Engine: measurer.py, metric definitions
  • Feedback Loop: knowledge validator, decay, contradiction detector
  • Reporting: daily report, weekly briefing, morning report integration
