Collect all errors from sessions, CI runs, cron logs. Categorize and count them.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Ingests errors from: session transcripts, CI logs, cron job logs
  • Categorizes: timeout, auth, syntax, dependency, logic, network
  • Counts frequency per category
  • Identifies: most common errors, error trends over time
  • Output: error frequency report with examples
