Automatically discover reusable skills from successful sessions. "If this sequence worked 5 times, it's a skill."

Acceptance Criteria

  • Finds tool sequences that succeeded 3+ times across different sessions
  • Extracts: sequence, context (repo, file types), success rate
  • Generates: SKILL.md template from the sequence
  • Stores: discovered skills in a candidates directory
  • Human reviews and promotes to ~/.hermes/skills/
