Take raw pattern data and distill into human-readable insights. "Agents fail 40% more on Fridays" = insight.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Takes aggregate statistics from other miners
  • Applies threshold detection: significant changes, outliers, trends
  • Generates: one-sentence insights with supporting data
  • Output: weekly insight digest (5-10 insights per week)
  • Delivers to Telegram or local file
