Run generated tests. Fix failures. Iterate until green.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Runs test suite via project test command
  • Parses output: pass/fail/error counts
  • For failures: reads error, fixes test code, re-runs
  • Max 3 fix attempts per test
  • Reports: pass rate after fixes
