Pick the next repo, scan for test gaps, generate tests, run them, fix failures, report.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Maintains queue of repos to process
  • Runs all 9 test generators per repo
  • Stores results (tests written, pass rate, coverage delta)
  • After all repos done, checks for new code
  • Runs continuously — never idle, never done
