Deep triage pass: closing this as stale / not actionable in its current form. Multilingual capability is a legitimate research area, but the current issue is a strategic aspiration, not a concrete repo task.
Reasons for closure:
If this work returns, it should come back as a narrower benchmark issue: choose a small language set, define the evaluation tasks, define the scoring method, and state what artifact gets committed. That would be actionable; the current issue is not.
