This is still viable, but it would benefit from a narrower first milestone. Please define a safe, bounded empathy benchmark set, an evaluation rubric for tone and helpfulness, and explicit policy constraints around sensitive or crisis-adjacent content. Once that is in place, the implementation can be assessed without overfitting to the broad vision.
