Why I am closing it:
If this should come back, it needs to be reopened as a narrower implementation issue with concrete acceptance criteria — for example: "add timestamped fact versioning to the knowledge graph with query tests for before/after reasoning." In its current state it is too vague to execute or verify honestly.
