- Add install.sh to copy self-improvement files to ~/.hermes/
- Update allegro-cycle-state.json: mark init cycle complete, start deploy cycle
- Fix burn-mode-validator.py to auto-create burn-logs directory
- Install executed; files now live in /root/.hermes/
