Status: ✅ COMPLETE

Deliverable: Operational MemPalace instance on Beta with bezalel wing indexed.

Results:

  • Palace path: /root/wizards/bezalel/.mempalace/palace/
  • 823 artifacts filed into rooms: forge, hermes, workspace
  • Nightly re-mine cron active at 03:00 UTC (now includes fleet sync)
  • Search verified via direct ChromaDB queries

Acceptance criteria:

  • Workspace mined and searchable
  • Room taxonomy defined in mempalace.yaml
  • Automated re-mine scheduled
