Status: ✅ COMPLETE

Deliverables completed:

  1. ✅ Fleet standard rooms.yaml committed to the-nexus/docs/mempalace_taxonomy.yaml
  2. ✅ Core rooms defined: forge, hermes, nexus, issues, experiments
  3. ✅ Optional domain rooms: evennia, game-portals, lazarus-pit, home
  4. ✅ Halls and tunnel policy documented
  5. ✅ Validation script path specified (scripts/validate_mempalace_taxonomy.py) — TBD for CI enforcement
