This PR completes issue #1443 by establishing timmy-home/SOUL.md as the canonical location for Timmy's identity document.

Changes:

  • .github/CODEOWNERS: Add explicit SOUL.md @Timmy and timmy-home/SOUL.md @Timmy entries to enforce mandatory review
  • CONTRIBUTING.md: Add "Identity File Canonical Locations" section documenting the policy and linking to the full spec
  • docs/soul-canonical-location.md: Update issue reference to #1443, add Decision section with rationale and status

Decision rationale:

  1. Existing practice (PR #580 approved in timmy-home)
  2. Repository structure (timmy-home contains core identity)
  3. CLAUDE.md alignment (references timmy-home)
  4. Separation of concerns (identity vs tools vs world)

Prevention: Codeowners now blocks unapproved SOUL.md changes. The-nexus retains only a pointer file.
