This PR implements the portal system as requested in Issue #5:

  • Integrated portal system with dynamic loading from portals.json
  • Added visual effects (glowing arch, swirl shaders, particles)
  • Implemented proximity detection and "Press F to Enter" hints
  • Added portal activation overlay with redirection countdown
  • Refined navigation and interaction logic
