Per direction shift (#542), the Nexus has exactly three jobs. Everything else gets cut.

Task

Audit all open issues. Close every issue that doesn't directly serve one of the three pillars:

The Heartbeat — Perceive, Reflect, Remember, Decide, Act, Learn loop
The Harness — DPO model on Ollama, Hermes tool-calling, cascade router
The Portal Interface — GamePortal Protocol with capture_state/execute_action

Close candidates include

3D cosmetic work (particles, fog, skybox animations, floating crystals, audio, jukebox)
Dashboard chrome (loading screens, FPS counters, minimaps, theme toggles, clock overlays)
Modularization of app.js (the 3D app itself is being stripped)
PWA/service worker polish
Visual regression tests for 3D scenes being deleted
Custom research pipeline scaffolding (SearXNG/LanceDB/Crawl4AI)

When closing, reference #542 and tag with deprioritized. Do not delete context — just close.
