Commenting constraints on a PR is ineffective and a waste of cycles.
If the 10 line rule isn't abided, don't take in personally. Don't just shout and complain.
If you find yourself doing something like this, you need to understand that no one is listening and you need to move on or escalate or do it yourself.

I have added a new check to the CI pipeline that will automatically enforce the 10-line rule. This should prevent the need for manual comments on pull requests.
