From the Direction Shift (#542)

The Nexus has three jobs: Heartbeat, Harness, Portal Interface. Everything else gets cut.

Task

  1. Clone the-nexus repo
  2. List every route module / JS file in the project
  3. For each file, determine: does it serve heartbeat, harness, or portal interface?
  4. Add a comment to this issue with a table: File path | Purpose | Keep/Cut | Reason
  5. Files that dont serve the three concerns should be flagged for deletion

Do NOT delete anything. Just audit and report.

Acceptance criteria

  • Table posted as a comment listing every source file with keep/cut recommendation
  • No files deleted (audit only)
