Problem

Gemini worker produced 3 PRs. Grok worker ran but produced nothing.

Evidence needed

# Check grok worker log
cat ~/.hermes/logs/grok-worker.log

# Check if opencode ran
grep grok_worker ~/.hermes/logs/huey.log | tail -10

# Test opencode manually
cd /tmp && opencode run -m xai/grok-3-fast --no-interactive 'echo hello world' 2>&1 | head -20

Possible causes

  1. opencode CLI not working with --no-interactive flag
  2. XAI API key issue
  3. Grok gitea token permissions
  4. Different issue than what gemini got

Acceptance criteria

  • Root cause identified
  • Fix applied or workaround documented
  • Grok produces at least one PR
