[AUDIT] the-nexus main no longer serves a browser world — sync docs to truth #684

World-state proof from a clean local checkout of Timmy_Foundation/the-nexus:

  • origin/main at b1d6763 no longer contains index.html, app.js, style.css, package.json, or the old smoke tests
  • serving the repo root locally shows a directory listing, not a 3D world
  • README.md and CLAUDE.md still describe a Three.js/browser app that is no longer present

Acceptance:

  • update docs to match actual repo state OR explicitly document the migration path back to a browser UI
  • include exact file inventory of what exists now versus what was deleted
  • make it impossible to mistake the current Nexus repo for the legacy Matrix frontend again

Why this matters:
The Nexus is supposed to be a local-first training ground for Timmy and a wizardly visualization surface. Right now the repo truth and the docs truth diverge.
