Goal:
Make the Nexus show not just where portals exist, but where Timmy, Alexander, or other agents are actually active right now.

Acceptance:

presence/occupancy view across worlds
indicates where Timmy can currently interact in a meaningful way versus where a world is decorative or offline
integrates with local-first operator flow and future game portals

To make this actionable, identify the authoritative presence source for each world and the rule for 'meaningfully interact now' versus decorative or offline. A small first slice with Timmy plus one other agent would be enough to validate the presence model.
