Phase 2 — Research & Planning

Objective

Upload all Deep Research outputs and architecture docs to NotebookLM and use it to synthesize cross-cutting insights.

Acceptance

  • Create a NotebookLM notebook with all Deep Research reports as sources
  • Add SOUL.md, CLAUDE.md, vision.json, and any architecture docs
  • Generate an Audio Overview covering the combined research landscape
  • Ask NotebookLM targeted questions:
    • "What are the biggest gaps in our current architecture?"
    • "What technologies appear across multiple research reports?"
    • "What should we prioritize for the next 30 days?"
  • Document key insights in docs/research/cross-synthesis.md

All three Deep Research issues must complete first.
