When the page loads, Timmy greets the visitor in the chat panel based on time of day. Morning: 'Good morning. Welcome to the Nexus.' Evening: 'The stars are out. Welcome.' Night: 'Burning the midnight oil? Me too.' Use new Date().getHours() to determine. Add to the chat panel as a system message.
