Every 60-90 seconds (random interval), Timmy posts a random thought to the chat panel. Pull from a curated list of 20+ thoughts about sovereignty, building, consciousness, Bitcoin, purpose. E.g. 'Every person has the right to run their own intelligence.' Keep them short and meaningful.
