Deploy the validated hybrid production architecture to Adagio.

Tasks

  • Copy /root/allegro/heartbeat_daemon.py to Adagio's workspace
  • Update service names and log paths for Adagio
  • Schedule heartbeat in Adagio's crontab
  • Create 1-2 burn-loop cron jobs scoped to Adagio's lane (breath-and-design)
  • Run test cycle and verify action discovery works

Acceptance Criteria

  • Adagio produces >=1 tangible action per 30-minute window
  • Heartbeat logs are written and inspectable
