Implement the invitation protocol and cell spawning mechanics. Agents can be invited into missions and run in a harness mode that bridges read-only home access with a writable mission cell.

Deliverables:

  • lazarus invite [agent] --mission [id] --repo [url] CLI
  • Hermes harness --mission-cell [path] mode
  • Level 1 isolation (directory + AppArmor profile)
  • Mission roster registry (JSON / Gitea project board)
