Implement the actual resurrection pool: a polling loop that detects downed agents and can automatically revive them (or substitutes) back into active missions.

Deliverables:

  • Health polling loop across wizard gateways
  • Dead-agent detection with configurable timeout
  • Auto-revive policy engine (yes/no/ask per mission)
  • Human-in-the-loop revival via Telegram / Nostr approval
