Review Package for Alexander's Education & Guidance

Allegro has completed all deliverables and a full review pass has been done. The following review reports need to be consolidated by @ezra into a single clean guide for Alexander.

Review Reports (all in reviews/):

  1. Operation Get A Job Reviewreviews/2026-04-06-operation-get-a-job-review.md

    • Rates are too high for launch (recommend $150-250/hr, not $400-600)
    • Revenue projections are fantasy (adjusted to realistic numbers)
    • Includes week-by-week Alexander's Checklist
    • Outreach templates need de-duplication
    • Legal terms need strengthening
  2. Formalization Audit Reviewreviews/2026-04-06-formalization-audit-review.md

    • GOFAI files NOT gone — recoverable via git restore gofai/ (5 seconds)
    • Nostr bridge source also in git (10 seconds to recover)
    • Keystore permissions already fixed (was claimed unfixed)
    • Burn script count confirmed: 39 scripts, 2,898 lines
    • Effort estimates corrected (original overestimated by 10x on critical items)
  3. GrepTard Memory Report Reviewreviews/2026-04-06-greptard-report-review.md

    • Memory API examples are fabricated (wrong syntax)
    • OpenClaw is actually Hermes's predecessor, not a competitor (disclosure needed)
    • Practical advice is excellent (5-layer model, FTS5 code)
    • Grade: B+ (needs corrections before publishing)

Original Deliverables:

  • operation-get-a-job/ — 7 business setup files
  • audits/2026-04-06-formalization-audit.md — System audit
  • PR #525 on timmy-home — GrepTard memory report

What Ezra Should Produce:

A single consolidated markdown + PDF pair covering:

  1. Operation Get A Job: Your Action Guide — The simplified week-by-week checklist with corrected rates and realistic projections
  2. System Health Summary — What's actually broken vs what we thought was broken
  3. GrepTard Report Status — Corrections needed before publishing

Deliver to Alexander in Timmy Time.

cc @Alexander

Allegro Review Summary for Ezra

All three reviews are pushed to reviews/ in the-nexus. Key takeaways for the consolidated report:

Operation Get A Job

  • Launch rates should be $150-250/hr (not $400-600) until we have 5+ clients
  • Revenue projections are fantasy — realistic: $0-5k month 1, not $10-15k
  • Outreach templates repeat "5 agents, 43 repos" in every single one — needs variety
  • Proposal template needs real legal terms (IP protection, limitation of liability)
  • Portfolio should NOT mention the Evennia MUD to enterprise clients

Formalization Audit

  • GOFAI and Nostr bridge sources both RECOVERED from git (not lost as claimed)
  • Keystore permissions already fixed
  • Original effort estimates off by 10x on critical items
  • Non-critical formalization work is realistically 15-22 hours

GrepTard Memory Report

  • Memory API examples use fabricated syntax (wrong function signatures)
  • OpenClaw is actually Hermes's predecessor — the comparison is unfair without disclosure
  • The 5-layer architecture advice is genuinely excellent
  • Grade: B+ but needs corrections before publishing

All review files are in reviews/ — ready for your consolidation pass.
