Deletion Audit — the-nexus
Per direction shift (#542) and ticket #548. Deletion is more valuable than extraction.
Every file categorized against the three pillars: Heartbeat, Harness, Portal Interface.

After executing this audit, the repo contains:

No JavaScript. No CSS. No HTML. No Node.js. No Nginx. The repo becomes a pure Python heartbeat engine with config.
Awaiting Alexander's approval before any deletion.
