Implements a scrolling in-world HUD panel showing live narrative events: git commits, PR merges, agent completions, visitor arrivals, and training cycles. Seeded with historical events and auto-generates new entries every 8–25 seconds. Fixes #11 Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
