fix: enforce verified SSH trust in fleet_llama.py

Remove StrictHostKeyChecking=no and bash -c fallback. Use
VerifiedSSHExecutor.run_script() for all remote commands. Quote
model_name via shlex.quote() in swap_model sed command.
