contraction(timmy-home): sweep and close 25 complete/stale issues (#876)

Document closure of 25 issues in Timmy_Foundation/timmy-home as part
of the backlog hotspot contraction sweep. Issues were identified as
already-implemented, documentation-complete, or resolved-by-PR and
closed via Gitea API with explanatory comments referencing the implementing PRs.
