The config.yaml system_prompt_suffix should mention Crucible tools for scheduling/constraint tasks. Was added in earlier branch but needs verification on current main.

Acceptance:

  • grep crucible config.yaml shows the instruction
  • New gateway sessions see the Crucible prompt
