Create bin/fleet-status.sh that checks:

  • Timmy gateway (local)
  • Ezra service (VPS)
  • Bezalel service (VPS)
  • Loop processes (local)
  • Last commit time per repo
  • Open issue/PR counts

Acceptance:

  • One-liner output per wizard
  • Shows model, health, last activity
  • Exit code reflects overall health
