Cron job that runs at 6 AM, queries Gitea for overnight commits/PRs/issues, and posts a summary to issue #110 (or a new morning report issue).

Acceptance:

  • Runs automatically at 6 AM
  • Covers all repos in REPOS list
  • Posts to Gitea as a comment
  • Includes commit count, PR count, issue count by agent
