Closes #151

Imports the live runtime gemini-loop.sh and timmy-orchestrator.sh into timmy-config/bin/ from a clean branch based on origin/main.

Audit-driven changes:

  • replace stale autolora repo targets with current core repos
  • make Gemini self-assignment opt-in (ALLOW_SELF_ASSIGN=1) instead of default-on
  • make orchestrator bulk auto-assignment opt-in (AUTO_ASSIGN_UNASSIGNED=1) instead of default-on
  • remove stale qwen-era startup messaging from the orchestrator log line
  • update automation inventory so the source-of-truth split and new safer defaults are documented
