Summary

  • add a sovereign operator command center requirements doc in Timmy terms
  • define the minimum viable views: agent health, review queue, cron state, task board, brief status
  • require local/Tailscale-only access and fail-closed behavior
  • separate operator truth from demo/UI theater
  • mark MVP views read-only and constrain future mutating controls
  • decide repo ownership for v1: timmy-config, not the-nexus
