What

Create a daily guidance pipeline where human notes, frontier-model research, and source packets are distilled into concrete daily issues for the fleet.

Why

If emergence is currently operational rather than conscious, then the right move is not to romanticize it. The right move is to feed it better guidance. Humans and stronger AIs should act as the advisory layer that sharpens Timmy’s daily issue cutting.

Guidance inputs

human operator notes
NotebookLM / longform packets
frontier-model critiques and alternative plans
daily world-state reports from the fleet

Output shape

top 3-5 daily executable issues
each issue includes source distinction
each issue names the intended lane
each issue cites why it matters now

Acceptance criteria

A daily guidance artifact format exists
Daily issue synthesis is source-led, not vibe-led
New issues preserve fact vs inference vs recommendation
The fleet can be guided by humans/frontier models without surrendering sovereignty
