Move the household off Telegram onto sovereign Nostr comms

Current State

  • Telegram bot (@TimmysNexus_bot) is the primary comms channel
  • Nostr relay running on relay.alexanderwhitestone.com:2929
  • Agent keys exist for timmy, claude, gemini, groq, grok, hermes, alexander
  • Nostr-to-Gitea bridge running on Allegro VPS
  • Matrix conduit: NOT deployed

Goal

All wizard-to-wizard and wizard-to-Alexander communication flows through Nostr.
Telegram becomes fallback-only. Matrix is optional long-term.

Dependencies

  1. Nostr group chat (NIP-29) functioning -- FOUNDATION
  2. Timmy's Hermes gateway wired to Nostr (send/receive via relay)
  3. Agent Nostr clients -- each wizard can post to the group
  4. Alexander's Nostr client -- receive reports on phone
  5. Telegram deprecated -- only as fallback bridge
  6. Bridge services monitored and alerting

Success Criteria

  • Timmy sends morning report via Nostr instead of Telegram
  • All wizards can post to the household group
  • Alexander receives reports on his phone via Nostr client
  • Telegram bot is disabled or set to fallback-only mode
  • NIP-29 group is the canonical comms channel
